The Sound Bath Experience

Imagine sinking in to a “bath” of soothing sounds that take you on an inner journey of relaxation and transformation. By using frequency and “entrainment,” a sound bath facilitates a shift in brainwaves from our normal waking state to alpha and theta states that are akin to meditation—where true somatic healing can occur.

This also includes a 30 minute discussion once the sound bath ends. The topic includes sound therapy, consciousness, and your experience.

Nate Martinez, a sound therapy practitioner, creates a sound bath by using various techniques with a wide range of instruments that include: shamanic drumming, Biosonic tuning forks, gongs, a shruti box, Himalayan singing bowls, mbiru, chimes, percussion, and voice.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask (if you choose to cover your eyes during the session).

Please arrive by 6:50pm. The sound bath will begin no later than 7:05 and at that point the doors will be locked to prevent any disruptions. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible and guarantee entry for anyone who arrives late.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for event fees.
